Blue Flamingo Resort Key West
8/10 Good
"Great little hidden gem!
Our only issue was never having pool towels and always having to wait for them
Property is about 10 minutes outside of town and on a very busy road but other than that it was a great property. "

The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West

Parmer's Resort
2/10 Terrible
"The accommodations that were offered to us were off property, faced a dirty lot with trash receptacles and smelled like mold and mildew! As soon as we saw our accommodations we asked for compensation, in which they blamed Expedia. Expedia told us that it was up to Parker’s to provide a refund. Upon later questioning partners lied and said that our flight arrived late and we never showed up. Funny how we have pictures dated at the time of our arrival of the horrific conditions. Do not stay here!"

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Grand Key - Key West
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and took time to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed.
The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but it was not small. There was plenty of room and the space was very clean.
The breakfast, while good, was very much like your standard Hilton (Hampton Inn) buffet breakfast with servers getting your drinks for you.
The pool was clean and refreshing. We loved the large selection of lounges around the pool as well as the number of palm trees. They provided just enough shade. The poolside bar was very convenient with good food choices. Prices for all food items were comparable with food all over the island.
The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and easy. It showed up within minutes of us calling to say we were ready for pickup. The same can be said for our return trip to the airport. The shuttle to and from the beach was also quick and easy, but only runs every two (2) hours.
Our only issue with the entire stay, and it wasn't a big one, was with the shuttle to and from downtown. The shuttles they use are on the smaller side and at almost every hour the crowd waiting for the shuttle was larger than could be accommodated. Fortunately, they had a second shuttle that they also ran which typically picked up those who couldn't fit on the first run, but this was not advertised and there was always the fear of being left downtown for another hour.
Overall we had a wonderful stay!"

Oceans Edge Key West Resort, Hotel & Marina
10/10 Excellent
"Very family friendly place and the property grounds was beautiful."

Sugarloaf Key Hotel at KOA Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic place!
We stayed in the hotel part of the resort - our apartment was big (even though it was the standard size) and it was spotless. The kitchen had all the plates, cups, and utensils etc you could need, and there was a washer and dryer with detergent.
We loved the many USB ports all over the apartment to charge phones etc.
Bathroom had a fantastic shower and was also spotless.
The only minor issue we had was that there isn't a lot of hanging space for longer clothes. If you have any longer dresses, I'd recommend bringing your own coat hangers and use the hooks rather than the rail, but as I said.. minor issue.
The staff are lovely, the pool is nice, the pub was popular (cooled with fans which was great) and the food was good.
We will happily book this again next time we're in the keys!"

"We had a wonderful family vacation there"

Sugar Loaf Lodge
8/10 Good
"Location is good. Close to Key West with a comparatively affordable price. Would be nice if they had a beach for swimming. Facilities also need some uplifting. "
