"We stayed the night before our cruise $190/night. There was hair in the shower and they only provided linens for two people and there were four of us. We stayed the night we got back from the cruise and they charged us $253/night and $50 for “early check in”, so total over $300/night. Again, the shower was dirty, linens for two, and there isn’t an ice machine on the property. "The hotel room was very clean. It had what I needed for my layover and they offer free airport shuttle transfers !! It worked out perfectly!
Plus the male staffs were so friendly and polite. They greeted us when we walked passed them which is rare these days.
Especially Michael! A special thanks to him, He made our check-in experience great and let us feel welcomed even though we are foreigners. I would definitely stay here again!
Only con, was that the blow dryer in my room wasnt working but...

"The hotel was clean and maintained. The restaurant was nice enough a little pricey but it's a hotel. Friendly day staff. It's a little far from any restaurants. They do have a shuttle to and from the airport. If you are going on a cruise port there is a shuttle that charges a fee per person. Pool was nice."

"The hotel was in total renovation mode. I read nothing on this site or a notice from the hotel itself that told me i would find the front desk and breakfast areas in conference rooms. We did luck out and received one of their renovated rooms, which was nice, but I would of liked to of known ahead of time the disarray this hotel was in so I could of changed to another hotel if we wanted to."
