"Very quiet and peaceful in an exclusive and elegant area of Fremantle. The boutique atmosphere was lovely, the view stunning. The staff absolutely delightful and breakfast was delicious.
The cost for what was provided didn’t really match. You can pay slightly less for the Crown Towers were you feel like Royalty. This is wonderful, particularly if you want to feel secluded from the city hype, but the quality of the bedding, furnishings (most especially in their advertising) etc doesn’t fit the...

"The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better.
No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service.
Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting...

"ini yg ke 3 kali nya kita menginap disana. ke 3 kali nya sudah lebih baik dari segi kebersihan nya untuk area kamar nya. tetapi sangat di sayang kan salah satu kamar (apt. 131) heater aircon nya super duper kotor sekali sehingga hampir tidak ada angin yg keluar dan kamar jadi sangat dingin. Kita sudah komplain dan kata nya sudah di lakukan pembersihan. tetapi nihil. they lied."

"I had an ocean view room which also looked over the car park & pub on the corner. Was a bit noisy on Fri & Sat nights & during the day as they are renovating the outside of the building. Didn’t bother me as l was not there during the day. I loved being able to see & hear the ocean & the close proximity to restaurants & beach walks. The room was very spacious & good storage for clothes. The hotel is in need of an update but for the price l paid, l felt it was excellent value for money."

"Amazing large bedrooms , great space for families or groups! Highly recommend based on location. My only errrrs , parking is difficult especially with little babies and kids. my 1.5 yr old also got stuck in a bedroom and accidentally locked himself in and the key wasn’t working. Reception wasn’t answering for ages, upon reaching, someone helped us out with his master key. (Keys and door need looking at and fixing for future)
No extra blankets, good working Landry, great patio, large large...

"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...
