"Would advise to look elsewhere room was dirty hotel was dirty. Staff are great just need some help on funds to clean hotel. Paint needed, maintenance needed such as a plumbing and electrical. I really don’t like to leave a not good review but this is my truthful opinion. I have paid less for two times better stays in older hotels. "

"The hotel cancelled my rooms the morning of my travel, sharing there was an authorization error. As soon as I got the email I reached out to the hotel to solve the issue of why my rooms were cancelled the staff member explained they were booked and could not accommodate me and my party. Just after two minutes of her cancelling my room she then stated they had a member stay over so my room was taken already. So to make a long story short don’t stay at this hotel because if someone chooses to extended their stay you’ll be out a room if they’re book."

"I had a wonderful one-night stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Gulfport, MS. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. The customer service truly stood out. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. Breakfast was a great experience as well, especially thanks to Mrs. Loraine, who was so sweet and friendly. She made the morning feel warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gulfport."

They were kind enough to work with me on checking in early, which made my trip much smoother, and they also helped me easily add an extra night to my stay without any hassle.
