Good location. The room was large and very clean. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, and coffee. I’d stay there again.

Room and Property were very nice and clean. In room kitchen has all dishes and utensils provided if you decide to cook. Staff was very nice. Has a great outdoor patio. Would highly recommend.

We thought the property over all was a nice property, but probably didn’t warrant the higher pricing being charged. We didn’t consider the breakfast to be edible, so we never ate the food they had. It just looked very tasteless and in some instances undercooked. The staff members were all really nice but seemed very new at their jobs and probably were new to the hotel industry in general. Out room was nice and comfortable, but seeing dirt on the floor in several locations, finding dirty glasses with lipstick and finger prints on them didn’t go over well. To add insult to the injury, we were told how good the cleaners were as we listened to one on the non English speaking managers tell us that the dirt we were seeing was a result of poorly chosen flooring materials that would come off-she said all of this through her cell phone using Google Translate while at the same time removing the dirt she insisted couldn’t be removed. We also had a problematic phone I our room that didn’t work. We were told a work order was put in but we never saw anyone. I almost forgot, we did have a housekeeper enter our room without knocking while we were there. I guess it’s a good thing we were there. The pool and dog walking area was nice. Having said all of this, the location is decent and again, the front desk staff really tried to do their jobs. For that alone, I’d recommend this hotel to someone looking for a mid tier hotel at best. For a hotel that’s been open for 6 months, wow

We checked in and then went to get our bags. My husband decided he wanted to use the restroom first. He walked back in and asked where the restrooms were, and the person who had just checked us in, less than a minute ago, said they were for guests only. He told her he had just checked in, but she said that wasn't true and that he couldn't use the facility. Later, she called our room at 10:00 PM to ask a question about our reservation. The day before our check-out date, my husband walked past the desk to his car, and I followed. The same person asked, "Are you leaving?" and I said yes, thinking she was just asking if we were leaving for the day. A few minutes later, I received a text saying we had been checked out of the hotel! I called and asked her why she did that, and she said because I said we were leaving. I told my husband about it, and he said he heard her arguing with another guest that morning. Now, we are dealing with overcharges that the supervisor said were incidentals and that we would be refunded within 7 to 14 days of our check-out date. I have never had to wait up to 14 days to get refunded for incidental charges. We were told at check-in that the incidentals were $50.00, but the overcharge was way over that. It's a new hotel, so it's clean, but that's the only nice thing I can say about it. The breakfast was mediocre. Stay away.
