"This hotel is a hidden gem in Memphis. We love staying here, especially when we have a big suite and a balcony. The front desk staff is always great and the lady at the 3rd floor bar is just awesome. One drawback: very late in the night a couple of hotel staffers came banging on the door with 3 Memphis ..."
