The room and bathroom were v spacious by European standards. Our shower was great! Only suggestion would be to have more closet and drawer space for clothes but overall this was an excellent hotel. "One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful."

"We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night. We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming"

"Very good location and right opposite to the ferry terminal. The bed was firm which was my liking. Everything was good. My only criticism was the lighting on the two sides of the mirror in the bathroom were way too bright."
