"Outstanding! Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa was our favorite hotel in Bali. The staff went above and beyond, and we highly recommend it. I’d love to return to Bali, stay at this hotel, and not go anywhere else. The restaurant was fantastic, and the amenities were excellent. Morning yoga was the perfect way to start the day. We loved the villa and pool, and the floating breakfast was a highlight of our entire trip!"

"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuine. The team makes you feel welcome without being overbearing. The pool and surrounding views create a peaceful atmosphere that feels private and elevated. The location is also excellent, close enough to the center of Ubud while still feeling tucked away in nature. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return."

"This is a small hotel out of the centre of town but only a short gojek ride to museum etc. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff - always smiling, pleasant and keen to help. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and the pool area not too noisy. The room, although spacious, cool and comfortable, lacked a view ( ground floor ), looking out onto a wall and a few plants. This may be better upstairs so suggest checking first if this is important. "

"Value for money. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good just off the main road so it's not noisy but close to all the main features in Ubud. The staff are exceptional, their hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness are first class. The breakfast every morning was made to order and delicious 😋. I definitely recommend the Swahita."

"I recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for a first trip to Bali. Since it was my first time visiting, I chose Westin for the comfort and reliability, and it definitely delivered. The property is beautiful, and the location in Ubud is peaceful and scenic. The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "
