"It was a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, decoration is lovely and the staff are very attentive. We only had a few issues that were minor. Firstly, the beds in the room are so light that they move around on the floor when you try to move while in the bed. If you’re pressing yourself against the headboard, your bed will slide from underneath you. Secondly, there were no robes and slippers in the room on arrival despite this being a hotel with a spa. The room was also only equipped with a couple of teabags and a couple of coffees, accompanied by plastic cups, which felt a little bit cheap for a 4* hotel. Finally, the pool and sauna are very small. When we tried to go it was far too crowded and if you’re expecting a proper swim, forget it. "

I decided to give her a little treat during this leg of her journey and found this spot, which I loved right away. Right next to the transportation centre, totally safe, and she loved the boutique style of her room. And the best she said was the complimentary hot chocolate, which was hands down the best she had so far. Plus, the croissants were a bonus.
