"Awesome staff with amazing attitudes, extremely friendly and very welcoming. The gym itself offered everything you could want and need, the facilities were extremely clean!! Will be coming back my next visit. "
"This is a stunning historic property that’s been beautifully renovated. Love the rooftop pool and the gorgeous dining room/common area/co-working space. I also enjoyed the little perks — the daily dining credit, the free tickets to the Grammy Museum. This is definitely one of the finer options in DTLA — stylish and elegant without being so trendy that it attracts the influencer hoards. This was a very quiet, peaceful, perfect stay!"

"Always a great experience when we stay here. Hotel is clean. Staff is always friendly, even though I’ve seen guests not be. Excellent distance to some great shops and restaurants. We stay here when we have events nearby and just use Uber to get around to areas not walking distance. Rooms are always clean. I love the products they offer here, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The bidets are a plus! Will stay again. "

"The bar and pool area was good. Happy hour was good value but the hotel seems to rent out the area a lot. The first night part of the area was closed off, but we could still go there. The second the area was completely closed to guests. I don’t really think that is fair."
