"My daughter I stayed here just for 1 night which I wish it was more! Beautiful hotel beautiful staff from the time we arrived until we departed! We were here for a comedy show in LA and I have to tell you I can’t wait till we come back ! We didn’t get to experience the restaurants since it was a short stay! But I was so impressed with the room and staff , thank you for your great hospitality it was much appreciated👏👏👏"

"The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the absence of a conventional front desk. Instead, there’s a large table with iPads where guests can check in and even program their room key cards. Despite the self-service setup, there’s always someone nearby checking the ID's and happy to help. At first glance, the room didn’t seem particularly large compared to other hotels, but it quickly became clear how thoughtfully everything had been designed. As you enter, there’s a compact closet area with hangers and a shelf, while the opposite side features practical wall hooks. The entire layout is functional and well organized. The bathroom design is also quite unique. The shower and WC are enclosed in a glass structure with colored lighting that still manages to provide a comfortable sense of privacy. One of the highlights is the in-room iPad, which allows you to customize the lighting color and intensity. It also controls almost everything else in the room, including the temperature, TV, lights, cleaning schedule, and blinds. There’s also a small desk next to the bed, along with additional storage space underneath it, including a safe box. Overall, the room offers plenty of smart and efficient storage options."

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"The balding tall guy with the broken accent was rude, he was crying about us not checking out when we thought we booked 2 nights, he offered an extension I agreed and then says that they’re booked, tries to kick me out in 20 mins but I had just woken up and told him I would need at least 30 mins , comes back 20 mins later knocking saying that I asked for 30 but he said 20 and that I needed to leave so I told him that I said 30 mins and that he’s nobody and closed the door. Bed was comfy, also their $35 over night parking garage door didn’t even work, there were homeless people in their lot. Smells like piss all around the area except the room as it should be."

"This is a beautiful iconic hotel with a lot of history. However, the third floor rooms smelled moldy and musty. The room’s carpet are as old as the hotel. Nothing updated in 50 years. No slippers or robes. No room service even when requested the service. Had to ask for the complimentary water. When I complained to the front desk staff on the musty smell she kept saying she didn’t know anything about that She repeated this statement 3 times. Two nights was enough not to go back."
