"Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out."

"Staff was very nice and I was able to check in early. My room was clean and a/c worked great, but I was ground floor with no windows (if you want a view, avoid room 100). I waited nearly 25 minutes in the morning and still couldn t get my breakfast (breakfast is prepared on demand from a menu, no buffet). So I had to leave without eating as I was late. Hotel is really central. Perfect to explore the old tiwn with plenty of good restaurants around."

"We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot."

Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. "
