"Arrived early. Very accommodating in offering shower facilities before room is ready and after checkout. We were not in the main hotel but in the downstairs Family room – 2 connected rooms. Bathroom a little tricky in first room, with steps up and down and not enough room for shower. We used the shower in the second room, which was small but slightly better. "Bratsera Hotel was an oasis of calm in the bustle of Hydra town. The hotel has so much charm and character and all the staff were charming and helpful. I really appreciated the pool area after being out in the sun. The only thing I would have liked was better storage in the room. There were no drawers, the bedside tables were just two large boxes and the wardrobe was half height so dresses got all scrunched up at the bottom."
