"We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. Heard another guest complain and get moved rooms. Just...

"Most of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The bar doesn't display the alcohol bottles so customers don't realize the bar serves it. Our bartender needs training on hospitality associated with customer service. Being more attentive to the customers & not sitting in a booth on their phone. They should at least try to show they are happy to be there. Parts of the hotel appears to be under construction. The ceiling was exposed concrete & you could see the electrical conduit. "The room was relatively clean. A concern was the AC vents were very dirty and a concern was possible mold. It cound have just been condensation and dust, but something to look into. I stayed in room 416."

"I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. It is good for the price and the location is very convenient to many restaurants ,retailers, and entertainment and recreation."
