They are all absolutely the best! They helped with directions, arranged transportation and offered suggestions on what to do.

"Mein Aufenthalt im Sofitel Opera Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Bett war himmlisch bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Der Check-in verlief reibungslos – eine sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin sorgte für einen besonders freundlichen Empfang. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: zentral gelegen mit kurzer Anbindung zur Bahn, was die Mobilität in der Stadt deutlich erleichtert.

"The room very modern, clean and spacious. My one suggestion would be some kind of air circulation in the bathroom as the steam from the shower condensed on the ceiling and then driped down on you for quite a long time. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is ideally located and is within walking distance to the old town as well as the banking distrit, there was no need for transportation other than walking to any of the sights we wanted to...
"Located near to the central station, close to restaurants and market. The room was spacious and the receptionist was really nice and even helped us to throw our broken luggage. The only thing that was lacking was the cleaning service, it’s not clean enough since we stayed there for 5 nights. "

"This is a very well maintained and comfortable property! It is very close and easy to get to the main train station. The rooms are air conditioned, which is very nice traveling in the summer! There are many small restaurants and markets in the area. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable! It is in a very active area, but overall was quiet. Its a great value!
