"10 out of 10. We stayed in nine hotels in France and Spain on our trip and rated this as one of the best. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very spacious and retro. Our room seemed to get cleaned instantly after activating the ‘clean me’ button near the front door. The breakfast was simple, tasty and healthy. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"It's truly a boutique hotel, personally owned by one man since 2005. It took him 2 years to renovate a neglected 19th century stable and create a luxurious retreat. The hotel only has 8 rooms (making it the smallest 5-star hotel in France), and it's open during Biarritz' high season, only 4 months. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and period furnishings. "Amazing hotel/ restaurant! The people that run the hotel are lovely and very welcoming. Rooms are nice, clean, and have wonderful little balconies to admire the gorgeous French Basque countryside. I would stay here again no questions asked. "
