"Pros - Location - Room Size, TV, Microwave, small fridge available - Parking was plentiful and simple - Heating and Cooling very good, guest operated - There was some kind of breakfast. I did not partake, but I did see other guests having food Cons - Damage to various parts of room. - Check-in not ideal. 3pm is hotel policy. At 330pm room not ready, key in hand at 350pm. - Staff provided the typical upstate insincere politeness mixed with a touch of sass. - Pre check-in was useless. -...

We had to ask for an extra towel. There was no body wash in the shower. We had to ask for more. When I called the front desk he was no answer. I had to walk to the front desk and while I was waiting the clerk came from outside. The elevator is disgusting and smells. The bathroom was very tiny with the sink...
