"I LOVE THE BARCELO HOTEL! It is my home away from home! Everyone who works there is AWESOME and like family to me. I have been staying there since 2021!"

Queremos volver"

"Super great customer service"

"Unfortunately, my client had a very bad experienced at this hotel, after staying their in the past, this time there was an electricity outage at the hotel at check out date. There was no one at the desk to attend my clients checkout. He had to drag 4 luggages all by himself down the stairs from 7 high. One tip is that when inputting the hotel to Google Maps or Uber, you need to specify that you’re going to Kimpton Las Mercedes and not Las Mercedes, which is 20 minutes away in a different side of town."

"Muy buen servicio"

"Excelente todo"

"Clasico"

The staff in the breakfast area, and staff passing by in general barely acknowledged your presence. The water for showers only got hot on the last day I was leaving. I had maintenance look at it, of course it got hot then but when it was time for a shower it did not get hot and in the middle of showers the water would just stop for a good minute before coming back on. Ordered...
