"When we checked in at the hotel, the person at the front desk did not make us feel welcome. She had a bad attitude and showed no kindness or professional behavior. We stayed there just because we had to overnight in the area and there are no better hotels in the area, otherwuse we would have chosen another hotel."

"It was really a lovely stay overall, and the price was great! The only downside was that the hotel signage stated they offered valet parking, but when we asked about it, the parking attendant explained that the sign was outdated and they have not offered valet services since 2019. Additionally, the main casino floor was extremely warm — to the point of feeling stifling — which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience."
