"It was quiet and clean. The pillows were extremely hard and should be replaced. The floor was not very clean and left the soles if my bare feet black and while I understand for security reasons the window from outside for late checking it is a little uncomfortable But for the price and location it was a good deal"

"Check in wasn’t the best. They wanted additional deposit for “insurance” after I already bought trip insurance. Remote was broken. 1 1/2 inch gap in entrance door. Blackout curtains didn’t reach the floor so there was always light shining in. Dead cockroach on floor by bed. Toilet roll holder broken just tp on countertop. Floor looked new. Fairly quiet. Check out was good. I would not book there again too many nicer better hotels in 20 mile radius. Stay at one of those so you don’t have to waste...

"Room was clean , and hallways as well. Every employee that we had interaction or just walked by them they were friendly and professional , Dinning area was always clean and the food was very good. Gym area has exactly what you need for working out when traveling overall it was a great stay at a great price it was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay again in the future."

"1st room i was given was not ready beds were not made and a tray of spoiled food was in the foom making it smell awful. The second room i was give the fridge was defrosted and filled with water shower curtain was dirty the whole bathroom Was pretty bad. The pool was empty and unusable also all in all not a great place i would would say spend the extra 100 or so and just stay in the Temecula murrieta area."
