"This hotel had 3 floors but no elevator. We like to stay on the top floor if there are rooms available, but that wasn't going to happen without an elevator. We found a couple dead bugs (not roaches) in the room. With cars parked right outside our door, I thought we wouldn't get any sleep with car doors and people yacking while walking to their rooms. "Our room smelt like cigarettes. There were long black hairs on the shower and door. The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no carpet. Overall it was hard to breathe In there because the air was thick and we didn’t get a good nights rest. Also for the record I did send a message to the front desk after check in. It being so late we decided to tough it out since we were only going to be there 7 hours. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AGAIN. I...

"A decent place to spend the night on a road trip."

"Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly."

"The entire facility needs to be redone. Lots of things are falling apart. Walls needs to be repaired starting in the lobby and inside of room. The outlet covers in the room were broken, there were two toothbrushes stuck in the drain in the sink. The smell in the room was so bad, couldn’t tell exactly if it was from water leaks or the fridge was too scared to open it."

"It was way too hot and humid in the room for me. Walked in and seen a huge dehumidifier in the middle of the floor. Was not aware of it and was highly disappointed with the temperature. There was also black marks in the shower leading me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly."

"Disgusting and unclean room. Roaches on the floor dead , stained bed sheets, electrical outlet burned out and unsafe with no cover exposed and waiting to be worked on I have the pictures to prove it"

"The staff and property were excellent and appeared to be new. The price was a little high for the floors not being fully cleaned. There was obvious dirt and dust throughout the room floor, especially in the corners"

"The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh."
