"We visited Cuitadella for a festival and chose this hotel as we felt it would be well located to pop back and forth to the activities, which it was. We booked the suite on the top floor as this also had a small outside space. We appreciated we were in the eaves of the roof and there would be compromises when maneuvering around the room, but it was a little frustrating at times and almost impossible not to catch your head when making drinks and accessing storage. "Beautiful hotel made even better because of the staff. Sarah was just so lovely and Fani's homemade baking items at breakfast were totally outstanding. Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back."
