"Hotel Riviera is a beautiful boutique hotel! My mom and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, helped with bookings for a taxi, and provided dinner recommendations. It was a short walk to the water and the main town area making the hotel conveniently located. Also the food on site was very good."

"Having stayed at a different Barcelo this one was below par. Complained about tv signal on night 1 and nothing done to rectify for 25 hours, even then it didn't work again the entire time. Complained a 2nd time and still nothing done. Staff were not very helpful. Air-conditioning not working in gym. Disappointed in this compared to our previous stay in lanzarote which was outstanding"

"Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out."
