"I booked for 2 Adults and 1 Child with breakfast and when we went to breakfast they said breakfast is only for 2 people, ridiculous. Apart from that very nice hotel"

The weekend coincided with my milestone birthday, and to my complete surprise, the wonderful team at the Loft, made it all the more special with a birthday message, a box of chockies and some sparkling. "A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! "

"Booked the Delux Queen Room as it looked the best through the photos provided. Was quite disappointed with how outdated everything was, considering it is the most expensive room. Booking a cheaper one would have given me the same quality and saved me some cash 😔 The Chinese restaurant on side was great, though!"

"We had a very pleasant stay.It was warm,clean ,well equipped kitchen and very very generous amount of breakfast provided. Communication was excellent and we got all our amenities well. Highly recommended for a family of 4 or 5 for lotus 3 which was our stay for 2 nights.it was amazing .surely coming back again."

"Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. The staff was absolutely amazing! The airline lost one of our bags and it happened to be the one with our converters in it. The staff was kind eblnough to loan us one for the night so we could use a medical device. The next day when our bag was delivered the staff placed it in out room so it was waiting for us when we got back late that evening."

"The sign is not visible at night. The light in the property drivewayv is poor. The heating anf fridge are noisy."

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"Everything was amazing! Staff were super helpful and accommodating!"

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable in the family room. The only issue was that there were no plates or cutlery which was inconvenient as we had trouble heating our food. If you are providing a microwave,then there should be plates provided too. Otherwise, the place was clean and is pet friendly."
