Hotel dekat Mepas Mall

"We spent 2 nights here. We had a compact, recently renovated double with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. The parking is super convenient. Our room faced the parking area and sports club. The first night football games and maybe kids enjoying themselves lasted until late. It was a bit noisy. The 2nd night was quiet. We spent a couple of hours reading in the garden during the heat of the day. It was very pleasant and overlooks the river. The location is great--an easy walk to the old town,...

"An excellent large apartment, well designed and furnished with luxury finishing. It has its own kitchen with everything provided, except a corkscrew. Highly suitable for family with children. Parking is provided at the location."

"Very nice room. Comfortable and clean. Very close to everything we wanted to see for the quick time we were there. As a Canadian, the air conditioning in the room was necessary in August. 5/5 would stay again."

"We were greeted very gleefully by the host. The property is in an excellent location and everything is like brand new. The parking was very much on site. Oh, and it was covered parking. There was a very nice saltwater swimming pool and patio area that included a serve yourself beverage kiosk. All of the old town, the old bridge, the crooked bridge, dining, and other features of Mostar were all an easy walk from here."

"Hi Expedia, Requesting a full refund for 2 nights I spent spending at Mepas Mostar in horrible condition where I wasn't able to use the bathroom sink or toilette tink. Had to use the shower to wash hands and faced splashes. I rely on Expedia to protect my consumer rights. Hope the property appreciates the challenge I faced. I checked in late night on 23rd. The room was spacious, clean and ready. The washroom was a great challenge for me. Sink was completely clogged and no matter how many times...

"The first room we received was fine, but the tops of the tables didn't seem cleaned... that's the most obvious place to spray and wipe down. When we returned later that evening, the music from a nearby club was so comically loud, and the cigarette smoke wafting in from the open window was so intense. We asked to move to another side of the hotel, and the staff graciously accommodated us, and the room was 3x the size. For that, we were grateful. And the breakfast was lovely, with many...

"The hotel is clean and well located, and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is extremely basic. It is definitely not a four-star hotel. The facilities are mediocre, and the rooms are very small. The bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the hotel does not live up to its advertised description. Although parking is advertised, it consists of street parking that is difficult to access. If you’re unlucky, you may have nowhere to park your car. I would not recommend staying here...

"Free snacks and water. Staff extremely helpful, helped me print bus ticket late at night and were helpful throughout my stay. Clean rooms as shown."

"El problema es que tuve que pagar en efectivo con euros no aceptan tarjeta de crédito o bien con la moneda local y eso es un problema"

"Balcony was spacious and nice to have. Breakfast was great for folks on the go early in the morning."

"The staff were very helpful"

"This property is about a 10 minute walk from St. James church with two grocery stores, two bank machines and a DM location down the street. The owner was delightful and bent over backwards to help. The rooms are small but very clean, with air conditioning and there is a continental breakfast from 8 am - 10 am in the mornings. I felt safe and comfortable, especially since the other travellers included friars and priests. Looking forward to visiting again."
