"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "I had a great stay at the NH Andorra la Vella! The hotel is conveniently located on one of the main streets in town and just a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station. The Tourist Information Office is across the street and there are many restaurants and stores within minutes of the hotel. The Old Town is also close by with the entire city very walkable. Hiking options, with varying levels of elevation and difficulty, are easily accessible. The hotel staff were friendly and professional and I was greeted every time I entered or exited. They were willing to answer my questions and provided a map and directions to the laced I was interested in. My room was very large with a comfortable bed, multiple windows with a view of the town, and a very nice bathroom. I will definitely stay at the NH Andorra la Vella the next time I am in Andorra!"
