"Everything else was good except for the breakfast. It was not a buffet. You made the order from a list the day before and booked a specific time slot. The food at breakfast was below mediocre. They didn’t even have coffee even though I had specifically ordered it the day before."

"It was a good hotel with a bridge connected to Pavillion Mall which is 10 min walk. We found out next day, wish they had told us at check in would have saved us getting a grab taxi. Would have given 5* but the breakfast was average not brilliant as other 5* hotels I’ve been to and the staff were slow in clearing plates. Swimming pool area was good but the padded seats were marked couldn’t sit without a towel. No shaving kit provided in the room and sheets only get refreshed every 3 days. Very busy hotel, great location."
