"The location in Barcelona was a 10! It is a beautiful, new property and the room was outstandingly handsome. The floor of the shower was slippery so I placed a towel on the floor as I felt unsafe. The staff was helpful with directions and actually allowed us to check in at 11 am. There could be more surfaces for bags in the room so they didn't have to stay on the floor."

"The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of color and art. We brought two of our dogs there and the check in was easy, the room was very clean, and they have a Brita refillable water fountain just before you head up on the elevators. I’d recommend this for sure. "

"A very modern hotel, excellent staff. Well located to the main train station, a few sights, and next door to a shopping mall and a great range of bars and restaurants. The main tourist area is over 2km away, but we liked being amongst the locals. We would definitely stay there again."

"Overall had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only thing I would like in the room was somewhere to place my suitcase, it was a pain having to open it on the floor everyday with no where to set it. Also, they should have a way to dispose of bio hazard needles for people that use medication needs and have at least a small canister to dispose of them. The reception desk did not know what I could do...

"we had a terrible sewer smell in our 1st room floor. there was some gap opening that was not sealed on the floor under pull out couch that the sewer smell was coming from. it was so bad we went to local store and bought some plastic tape and taped the opening shut which solved the issue. before that it was making my kids sick from smell. the property should address this . other than that it was ok. they did make an effort to come and clean when i complained about the smell but they did...

"We were late getting to breakfast so choices were limited. Having said that, however, the receptionist at the time was very accommodating. Entrance was visible but difficult to access. We experienced an unpleasant experience, staff were very helpful and supportive. We enjoyed the private terrace. "
