"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"The room was clean and very spacious, the toiletries provided were great, and it was quiet. There's a fridge as well as a safe in the room. I only stayed one night and checked out early in the morning, so I can't comment on how the housekeeping is. There's a bar and an Indian restaurant on the first floor, if you want dining options in the hotel. "Other than the tv not working for my entire stay, it was clean and the staff were super friendly."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"Overall my stay as good. Couple things, the bathroom is very small and the toilet is in a corner. If you are a tall or large person this place may not be for you. I’m 5’2 and my knees almost touched the wall. The room never got cold even when I had the air on 50 so it was uncomfortably warm at times. "Everything was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. Only problem, for such a large HI, two elevators only. We were struggling with housekeeping for an empty elevator....and it was in the morning, hours before check out time. It took almost 15 minutes at 8AM to get in an elevator with our luggage. "

"The breakfast at the Spruce Cafe in the hotel was excellent. Location also excellent. Overall loved our stay. Only 2 minor issues: The ice was in a bag which was a solid mass you had to bang on the countertop to break up. And one elevator was down the whole time we were there.
