"Avoid this hotel!!!! I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere"

"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"I was there with my daughter and her two children, 6 and 9 years old. We stayed for one night and it was great. They loved the pool and the free breakfast met our needs. We will be back for sure."

"We were only there for one night but it was perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our dogs, and this was the only place that would allow 3 pups. The place was super clean albeit a bit outdated. The room was super quiet, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking the dogs. Plenty of parking around the building.
