"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"Quiet, helpful staff. airport shuttle was easy to access."

"The breakfast menu was limited and less appealing than at my last stay a year ago or so. Also, having Fox news blaring on the lobby television when we walked in -- as well as at 4:30am prior to shuttle to airport -- was a complete turn off. I won't be back. "

"Not much I can say about the Westin. I’ve stayed in so many hotels around the country. This was the best one I’ve ever been to. I also live in Seattle so it wasn’t a new city experience for me but totally made it feel so. The staff and everyone working service at the hotel made my staycation with my out of town girlfriend absolutely beautiful."

"Our second time here, if you are handicapped and need a ramp, Beware! There are no ramps, only stairs, turned on tv at 9am and there was no signal, same thing happened 7 months earlier?
