"We loved our stay at Morritts which i on the east side of an island with qiet and very local.atmosphere. The resort is by the beautiful beach and has a 3 pools and also hot tubs. It is very clean and staff is nice and helpful. Restaurants are on site. They also offer activities. It has all we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. "

"By 7 am all the pool chairs were spoken for even though by 11 am more than half still never had people sitting in them (some going to beach!) Disappointing that staff never dealt with that.
Food - the menus were a weird mixture. It would have been nice to have some salads and local food - jerk chicken, rice and peas, fish sandwiches.
Food was not prepared well at all. Very bland and flavourless, very expensive.
Staff were friendly and willing to help any way they could.
Beach - fabulous. Lots of chairs and towels, servers filled water glasses frequently. Amazing service. Unfortunately the food was terrible. We ordered Caesar salad - horrible, there was so much sauce it ruined it. Lobster roll heavy, greasy average at best. Keep in mind everything here is very expensive.
Unfortunately, lack of food was a problem in this area.
We found ourself going to the Westin for food.
I really wanted to like this hotel but I was disappointed. I don’t think I would ever try Indigo Resorts because of this.

"Since this is a resort I was surprised that no one took our luggage to the room. The water smelled like sewage. When filled the jacuzzi tub water was so dark and murky we didn’t get in it. The lady at the dive club was putting on makeup when we came in and didn’t lower her mirror to acknowledge us. The staff at the restaurant were very polite and friendly. The food was good most days but the beach bar tender was rather rude. Overall this isn’t a resort I would recommend.

"Did not need parking, staff was nice I didn’t really hang in the swim up bar once I found out we had to pay for everything that’s not fun I see cheaper resorts that would have done the same thing for a 3 of the price I paid I did not eat at the restaurants on the resort it’s many thing to chose from once you cross the street the price for sting ray and star fish was over 120 when you can cross the street captain Marvin half price literally across the street breakfast amazing across the street better prices no I will not stay here no more I only slept there so next time a bnb next time this one was one of the most expensive ones that why I picked it next time ima get a cheap one it’s the same thing you have to pay for all ya meals on top when I checked out charge me 75$ for each day don’t know what that is about so yeah extra 300 from the 900 hold I ain’t spend or get nothing I thought I paid when I got in extra charges at the end lol definitely not comeing back to this one the pool is nice the beach is nice you paying for convenience I’m glad I explored around cause I kno where to stay next time "
"If you are looking to avoid the cruise ship crowds and a packed 7 mile beach, consider renting a car and heading over to compass point on the east side. Everything on the east side is cheaper and you can have beautiful beaches all to yourself. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great way to start each day. The staff was ridiculously friendly. We didn’t do any diving, but we saw them prepare the boats each morning from the restaurant overlooking the dock. They get everything ready for you, you just walk on the boat, enjoy your dive and then walk off. They take care of all the set up and clean up. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The units have full kitchens and the bbq grills next to the pool were very high quality and kept super clean. The restaurant at the facility was very good, with a lot of variety and reasonably priced. There is also an awesome Mexican restaurant 100 yards down the road. If you want a variety of shops and restaurants all within walking distance, this probably isn’t the place for you. I would highly recommend renting a car, and driving over to rum point or even over to the west end so you can experience everything the island has to offer."
"Beautiful, spacious, poolside suite with ocean view and a quiet, family-friendly vibe. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, two ovens, microwave, huge fridge; washer and dryer in the suite; snorkeling gear free to borrow for the entire stay. On-site restaurant was good, a little pricey, but terrific wait staff who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Jonathan and concierge staff were responsive and attentive. The only issues during our stay were a 4-hour power outage because of utility company work on the road -- not the property's fault and they gave us a treat for the inconvenience -- and a pesky lock on the sliding doors. We loved it there and definitely would stay there again. Rum Point is a great location if you want a peaceful vacation with lots to enjoy and none of the more crowded feel we sensed in 7-mile beach area. "
