"Decent hotel - needs serious updating, painting, flooring, furniture, etc. Ocean view not exactly a beach, more like a rock quarry. My favorite thing was the dock that I sat on every morning to watch the sunrise - the most beautiful ones I've EVER seen Exceptionally clean & the shuttle driver & concierges at the desk were awesome."

"Sarah at the front desk was amazing! We were late for our flight and the taxi was taking a while. She loaded up our family in her own vehicle and took us to the airport. We made it as the final boarding call was made and would have missed our flight if it wasn’t for her. We’re very grateful!"

"Great apartment across street from a beautiful beach. Modern and clean with nice balcony too. The kitchen was perfect for cooking small meals and grocery store in the complex as well."

"This resort is outstanding from the pool to the condos. The 2 bedroom condos feel like home! The location is excellent- we did not like Georgetown but didn’t mind a quick visit for the day. SMBR is minutes from Camana Bay, Cemetery Beach, Governor’s Beach, and not far from the Cayman Turtle Center. The pool was definitely large and always clean! The beach at the resort isn’t great- we skipped it entirely due to the rocks and lack of space to run around BUT still loved everything else!"

"Perfectly located in the center of 7 mile beach. The hotel is aged but is perfectly clean, safe and the staff is great. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is located on a white sand 5 star beach on the safest island in the Caribbean. Its rates should better reflect its age."
