The rooms are very spacious & well stocked with everything you'll need. Front desk is always available for help & very knowledgeable. This hotel is centrally located. Easy walking distance to a lot and roughly 10 minutes from the airport. The breakfast included was delicious. A pretty nice menu. The ice cream shop and Spa were nice. we visited the spa twice during our stay. My favorite staff employee was Tyrone. He is probably the youngest employee, very mild mannered but great at his job. His customer service is an easy A+. Just a great place.

Amazing place, serving is top notch- rooms were always clean, never had to wait it was always done in the morning. Restaurant downstairs was super cute, hand down best jerk chicken pasta. Good location as it was walking distance to a beach. I left my shoes at the hotel and they shipped it back to me at their cost, no questions asked. Very impressed with this place

The hotel is facing probably one of the busiest streets on the island (hence the loud noise, also there smell of the sewer), and the other side faces the parking lot. The pool is small and separated by a few trees from the noisy road. The walk to the beach is somewhat challenging because the path is very narrow. Two people can’t really pass each other, one has to step aside, and carrying chairs makes it more difficult. It’s about a 5 to 6 minute walk and it takes a bit of effort. The beach chairs and beach towels are provided, but there are no umbrellas. Also, when you go to the public beach, keep in mind it is public, meaning there are many hotels and properties along the ocean. You will likely end up setting up in front of those properties. You’re not blocking anything, but you will still be right in front of them. If you’re comfortable with that, that’s just how it is. The lobby is cramped. The restaurant, we had breakfast there several times and didn’t think much of it, so we ended up paying out of pocket and going elsewhere. We didn’t even want it for free, which takes away from the experience. At check-in, we were charged about $240, and it was explained to us that the charge includes breakfast and beach towel usage. We thought it was included in the price, but it wasn’t. The staff is professional, and the rooms are clean.

The staff was super pleasant and kind - especially the front desk staff. I guess my biggest gripe is that the pool area isn't very inviting. It's not well lit at night and just generally felt like it needed tlc. The restaurant doesn't have much of a vibe and the food is bland but fine. The coffee sucks but it is what you expect at a hotel. It is on the far south side of 7MB so expect long walks but we already knew about that so it was no big deal for us.. we did like our stay here but I think next time we'd just do an Airbnb with some amenities like kayaks or paddle boards. They do give beach chairs and towels though!

Everything you need for a fantastic stay. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach bags to use for trips to the beach. Closest beach is a 3 minute walk.

Excellent location walking distance to restaurants, shopping & 7 mile beach. My stay exceeded my expectations, staff was very helpful, specially Tyrone who helped me out with bookings and taxi accommodations. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures are much nicer than the reality. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this motel to anyone. We felt very unsafe here. Also, there was very noisy construction that we were not notified about before our stay.

Excellent value- central location, friendly staff and my room was basically a studio apartment. The complementary breakfast was great. Not waterfront but walk to beach is short. I had good meals at the hotel restaurant but lots of other choices within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great central location if don’t mind walking a bit. Seven Mile Beach, probably among the most beautiful I’ve seen, is minutes away. The bustling and wonderfully designed Camana Bay is minutes away on foot for superb meals and a good vibe. Pool is good. Small but well-kept. Get a 3rd floor room for a family or group. The architecture is truly fantastic. A superb space to rest before you go out again.
