"We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??

"I would highly recommend staying at The Norwalk Inn! When we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, we quickly checked into our room and went to take advantage of the beautiful pool!! After swimming we had a lovely meal at the restaurant in the hotel ( Adams Rib)

"This was an incredibly affordable stay in Stamford. We were going to a show in Port Chester and needed a place to spend the night. We were not looking for anything extravagant, just a clean, inexpensive hotel and this fit the bill perfectly. Checkin was easy and quick, the room very clean and comfortable. "Close enough to downtown Stamford , parking was easy . I have a student attending UConn so it was close enough to everything that we needed. Will be staying again and Pet friendly is huge so when I come to visit my daughter can see her dog! This was our second stay here and now that the pool is open we can take a dip! "
"The pictures online really don't do this place justice. The atrium had almost a Caribbean vibe with lush plants and bright sunlight. There is ample seating so you can always find a spot that feels quiet to sip a cappuccino from the cafe or a glass of wine from the bar. The receptionists could look and act less miserable but the rest of the hotel staff is welcoming and attentive. The room facing the atrium is well worth it. Just don't get dressed with only the sheer curtains closed at night...
