"The apartment is very cute and very clean. It is in the middle of a bunch of other apartments, so there isn’t much privacy. We really liked the place except for two problems The kitchen is nice, the bathroom is nice, the bed is well done and comfortable. Overall, we really liked it. But there were two significant problems. Number one: this place is very difficult to find. Even with Google maps. The owner should give better instructions, including what it looks like and that there is a coded gate to get into the parking lot. Number two: this is not the owner‘s fault, but the water was out in this entire region of the town for the entire time we were there. What is the owner‘s fault is that he should’ve told us that this was a problem before we got there and given us the opportunity to cancel without penalty if we wanted to.He did give us a fair partial refund, but not being able to shower or flush the toilet more than once was a huge disappointment. We were given no warning, and it turns out the water had already been out for two days when we got there.So this was not a surprise. After we called,They came and turned on a pump to give us water pressure for about 30 minutes. That really was not sufficient. Under normal conditions, the only problem with the place would’ve been finding directions to get there which can be easily remedied. We did get a fair, partial refund, but with warning in the morning, we probably would’ve stayed somewhere else and been able to shower. "

"It would have been an excellent stay if the water was functioning. I can’t really blame them for work being done close by, at least that was their excuse. Everything else was great. Easy access and very equipped room. Thank you host for doing your best to make my stay comfortable. "

"Stayed here to set up for our trip to Culebra. Wonderful little hotel with equally wonderful staff. Location is perfect. No problem with parking, but I can see how it would be an issue with many cars. Kitchen area was very useful. Surprised to see a bigger fridge or freezer in there. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was well done. Would definitely stay here again."

"You could see a part of the beach unobstructed. It is very easy access across the street to the beach. It is very private area with many restaurants and gas station near by. There is a nice restaurant right in front of the apt. The parking is behind a gate so it feels secure. The room is very clean. "

"Location - next door to kayak tours and great restaurants on the beach. Excellent service, they have everything you need, and get back to you on any questions promptly. Beds are more comfortable than what we had in San Juan. Clean and functional. Only negative - roosters crow at 4AM. Bring earplugs. If you’re looking to stay in the Fajardo area this is a great option!"

"Very well stocked, other than salt. Great views from all balconies. Close to pools. Bar looked closed for renovations. Easy access to beaches any many great restaurants."

"Saw at least five roaches in the bathroom. Killed them all on site but I spent the rest of my two day stay concerned about taking them home to the states with me. "
