Booked to stay in this hotel in June. About 20 minutes before check in we got an email to say suite we booked was unavailable due to “construction issues” and were being moved to a different hotel with no options given. Upon complaining, we asked if we could stay in a smaller room at the Foxberry until our room was ready, which they agreed to. "The staff were very kind and helpful. They were very responsive and thorough. The cabin was cute and clean and everything worked well. The property is very convenient for walking everywhere.
