"The room was very clean! The bathroom was very bright and clean, but ceiling tile frame was very rusty! The doors and frames needed paint attention! The a/c and heat worked fine! The electrical receptacles were worn out and needed replaced! Overall the room was over rated on the website, but if advertised fairly, it was a bargain stay! The staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh and very good!"

"Booking through Hotels.com caused a slight issue at Check In. The staff requested a deposit in cash only. This was not in any of the Check In instructions and after looking further, I was unable to find any reference that this would be requested. Ultimately, the staff member I ended up checking in with explained that using the credit card I used on Hotels.com was an option, but by then I had gone out to get the cash. Outside of this hiccup, things were fine, but I strongly suggest the hotel mention that they may request a cash deposit as many people don't keep cash on hand as often anymore."

"Room was disgusting. Hair in the sink. Floor around the toilet was grimy. A bloody booger was on the wall. We tried calling front desk and was asked to hold. We hung up after 10 minutes. The pool was not open. Overall a poor performance from Wyndham! We stayed in Room 417. Please clean it better for your next victim."
