It’s your basic, no frills motel, but the place was extremely clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything you could need for spending a couple nights in Cleveland. If I’m ever in the area again, I won’t hesitate to go back here :)

Hotel was at a convenient location from Cleveland. Unopened condom was left behind in the room. Which leads me to question the cleanliness of the hotel.

Towels and bedding stained. Pillows are terribly thin and small. Toilet drained all night then wouldn’t flush, large spider on ceiling and ac was turned off after we left for a concert. We had to then turn back on once we returned. No one should have been in our room.

Facility was just DIRTY. A lot of hair on shower drain. Safety lock was broken but not fixed. Staircase smelled of urine and just dirty. I saw many people working. How couod they have kept the room so dirty with all these people working? Dirty. Booked and paid for 2nights but only stayed 1 night and moved to a different hotel acriss the street. If that hotel had a room avaliable, I would've moved the first night and just gave up on the money. That's how horrible it was.

A Disaster in Westlake

A disaster after check-in. Stayed here in the past and never experienced these: poorly-groomed landscaping, uninviting lobby, damaged entry door, LOUD air conditioner, dirty floors, stained drapery, stained/dirty bedding, burnt-out lightbulbs, no extra towels, toilet paper...need I go on?
