"Customer service is poor and rude. Towels have hair, hate it. My first stay was great, that’s I why I booked it again. The second one was frustrating."

"This property is old and needs updating. It has bare minimum furnishings. No Refrigerator, No collapsible or rigid luggage rack, 3 towels for 2 adults for 2 nights, dirty, bathroom floor, dirty windows, bare minimal if non existing any longer the feeling of "Welcome". This was the nicest HI at one time. Now? not so much. And the addition of the 7/11 style store in the lobby with overpriced junk food made our stay more like a cheap motel. There are a lot of less expensive hotels close by that are new and welcoming... No longer worth the effort, hassle and/or expense. The Loyalty to the Holiday Inn system has gone away after this weekend."

"We ate at the hotel resturant but we had to pay. It wasnt a part of the the amenities in the hotel. The staff that took our order where not friendly at all. Regarding the hotel, it was very clean and i enjoyed the pool."

"Clean and spacious room. Really missed in room coffee. Coffee is available in the lobby. Friday night with lots of people enjoying the pool. Neighbors very noisey,"

"Location was convenient. Staff was possibly understaffed as some were very direct and rude. One even reprimanded me for getting two breakfast items with same tongs. I get it, however they were very rude about it. Carpet smelled dank. Additionally, the second night there were loud teenagers running up and down the hallway and barking dogs till 4 a.m.. We got no sleep at all the second night. I reported the events going on, however they said they had no staff to monitor and they would look into it. It went on pretty all night long. Will not be saying at that location again."

"The pool is extraordinary. Surrounded by lush gardens. It’s truly exceptional. The beds were comfy. The staff was helpful. The building is in bad shape and in massive need of a paint job and stylist to come in and Joosh. It honestly just needs some terracotta colored paint and a lobby remodel and it could be cool. There is an old diner that needs a Joosh too and could be cool. The breakfast is a hoot and free just tip. "
