"1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn."

"Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?"

"The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, when we checked out the next day, the staff initially refused to return my $100 deposit because they couldn’t find the record. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again."
