Great place and would stay again. Need better coordination for box lunch between kitchen and reception. Receptionist ( Evelyn) could be more forthcoming and helpful. I loved all the breakfast choices. Get there early because it can get crowded. Parking was really easy because it’s below the property and secure.

Gran Hotel Panamericana Merida
