"An amazing room with a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Anca was especially helpful. Super convenient to gondola for incredible views and hikes. Breakfast was included and very good. Definitely would stay here again!"

"An incredible spot. We chose to leave the car in town and enjoyed the gondola up. If you stay a night it should be half price. The views were amazing and the gondola stops at the property. Probably the most scenic accommodation ever. Also good food and drink and nice staff. 10/10z"

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "Room was incredibly clean and staff were kind. Mountain View was beautiful. However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. Our heater didn’t work but they were kind to offer transferring to the partner hotel. Breakfast was included too which was nice. "Upon arrival on the Thursday, we were informed that the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc were closed for renovation. We were not informed of this at any point during booking/prior to arrival. However we were assured we’d be able to use a local rival hotel’s facilities on Saturday and Sunday. We were unable to use them at all on Thursday or Friday. On the Saturday morning, we were informed that as we were not a “priority customer”, we were only able to use the facilities at Park Hotel until 3PM....
