Clean room, perfectly located for Mount Buller skiing. Beautiful view and easy parking. Kitchen facilities very good, as is the heating. Comfy beds. Thin walls which are not a problem unless your neighbours children are noisy at 5.30am!!

It's quite an old building but all you need if you're spending most of your time exploring the area. Facilities were very clean and the place itself well-appointed, everything available that you might need, even tennis racquets for the court there. Located right beside the Hunt Club and close to the Motor Inn where they have a small general store and good coffee.

Not given the door code, email was mean to give it but the space was blank. However the mobile number you can call from the front car park board is promptly answered. Previous guests do not always know how to clean dishes and this small room does not have a dishwasher, It would be good for the cleaner to check cleanliness of dishes and wash them again if not clean. It would be nice to have some coffee sachets - far too many tea bags and no coffee...... Otherwise it is a great place to stay, comfortable in every way.

We as a family of 4 had a great stay at this apartment! The property was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. It's in a fantastic location—right next to the historic Hunt Club Hotel, established in the 1800s, which adds a lot of charm to the area. The Mt Buller bus stop is literally at your doorstep, making it super convenient for mountain getaways. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

Great location - gorgeous views of Mt Buller. Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Strong water pressure in the shower. Only one small gripe - tea and coffee provided, but no milk - suggest supplying small tetra packs eg Devondale long life.

The rooms were very big and had everything in it that you need for example dishwasher, electric blanket and so on.... The only thing i did not like was we could hear next door, the walls are not soundproof. and another thing shower head need replacing it was lose and it was uncomfortable having shower at all times thinking it's going to break and hit our head. other wise absolutely love the room and we will stay there again with our family of 4.

Fair….

A quick break away with my son in Pine 1 Pros Location, not too far from Mansfield Pool, beautiful pool area Cons Cleanliness of bedding. My son managed to pull back the doona cover…the doona was badly stained, visible blood stains and god know what else. Really manky and should be incinerated!! Door handle & lock, quite the trick to getting door open. We needed to screw handle on tightly as it was falling apart.
