"Clean facility and decent breakfast"

"Breakfast consisted of coffee and a few prepackaged mini muffins. No milk or cream for the coffee just two pump flavor creamers. The chair in the room was worn, torn and dirty! The microwave scorched inside. The chair looked like it was from the dump! Had to complain repeatedly after getting the excuse “Sorry that’s one of our rooms we need to renovate and there’s nothing we can do since we’re all booked!” Hours later after going to dinner and asking to speak to the manager (who never called)...

"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."
