"Convenient & walkable to many restaurants & bars. Only complaint was the very loud noises at 4:45am of street sweeper on Commercial Street Friday morning. I understand that it wasn't the hotel's fault. Just annoying that the city/trucking company wouldn't be more cognizant of the hotel & sleeping guests!"

"All the extras were available…hair dryer, iron, gym, excellent breakfast, ability to buy drinks and snacks! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we received a card for complimentary breakfast buffets for our 2 day stay. We were traveling New England for 10 days staying in various states and hotels and this was by far the best! Keep up the good! We will be looking for 4Points Sheraton from now on! "

"The only issue was the noise arising from a gathering of people from 1:30 to 2:30 AM which woke me up. It was hard to say where the voices/laughter/shouting was coming from. I would have hoped that the security would have advised quiet. There reportedly were two wedding celebrations that evening in the hotel complex."
