It was an older building however everything was spotless. I was overly impressed with everything from breakfast to little extras supplied to our room. I will keep this as a favorite hotel when visiting Cocoa Beach.

Best Western Cocoa Beach - Port Canaveral
The location of this hotel is amazing. It is 100 feet from the beach. The staff are also courteous and helpful. However, the room looked old and run-down. Still reasonable for the price.
