Nice hotel with kind staff and good food but rooms in a need of urgent repairs, for example: hair dryer wasn't working, shower cubicle was leaking and there were some mould patches in the bathroom.

Bize 2 adet oda gösterdiler, aydınlık olan oda aşırı dar, ona göre ferah olan odanın da cephesi çok kötüydü. Temizlik orta, ama kahvaltı inanılmaz kötüydü hatta tek kelimeyle berbattı. Bütün ürünlerin üstü kurumuş, hepsi bayattı. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık.

Oda güzeldi erken giriş yaptım ve bu konuda hemen yardımcı oldular çalışanlar çok iyi ve yardımsever. Tek sorun Mersin merkeze yürüme olarak uzak minibüsler geçiyor yakınından. Tarsus’a giden minibüsler ilk durağı otele çok yakın. İki kapısı bar ben ilk arka taraftaki kapıdan giriş çıkış yapmıştım orası biraz tedirgin edebilir ıssız olarak oteller sokağı diye bir sokak olarak geçiyormuş ama ön kapı direk caddeye bakan yer var ordan giriş çıkış yapmak daha iyi olur

Ich habe ausdrücklich darum gebeten, dass mein Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht betreten und nicht gereinigt wird. Trotzdem sind Mitarbeiter mehrmals in mein Zimmer gegangen, obwohl das „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild an der Tür hing. Dieses Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel und stellt einen massiven Vertrauensbruch dar. Wenn ein Gast Privatsphäre wünscht, muss diese respektiert werden. Ich habe mich dadurch unwohl und unsicher gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Hotel deshalb nicht empfehlen.
