"Easy parking, staff okay, room is basically clean, breakfast is so so, coffee is not that good."

"We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up."

"Pillows and mattress are from the 19th century. Bed cover did not fit properly and the bed skirt was not properly fitted to bed"

"The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning."

"We had a hard time getting checked in, it took over an hour due to some system error they were having. After that the stay was pleasant."

"Very hospitable!!! I was here for a family emergency and the manager was able to accommodate my family with a flat rate that was reasonable and staff was very friendly!! Breakfast if very good here too!!"

"The toilet was broken and the sheets looked dirty had to go buy a blanket to put on to sleep. Woke up with a bite and swollen neck. The wall was broken and the sink had rust as well as the showers."

"The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better."

"The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out...

"I stayed here for work because it was cheap(ish). Had to switch rooms 2 times because the wifi didn't work. The toilets were dirty. The floors were dirty and stained. The bathtubs were dirty. Half the lights in the room didn't work. There was a spilled powerade in the fridge. Surprisingly didn't see any bugs. It got the job done until they raised the price almost 100 dollars a week for no reason. Wouldnt stay here again."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The bar was great, the 18 year old bartender was very fun and knowledgeable. The pool/hot tub patio area are right next to bar and very nice. Property has been updated and room was was spacious, with lots of closet space. I prefer a firmer mattress than the one in the room, but my sister thought it was very comfortable"
