"the property is located at a very strategic location. There are restaurant that you can dine and convenient stores to get sundry at 8th floor where the gardens is located. However, the one annoying thing is the access card for service apartment often gets override by the resident's master key whenever you are in the lift to your floor. This lead to skipping your floor and taking you a joy ride before you can actually reach your floor when the lift is empty without residents."

"The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. Noone to show is around or anything. The flat was nice but dishes were not clean. Wifi only works in one corner of the living room. As soon as we had...

"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "
