"A total mess of management. Booked one month ahead and cannot check in due to overbooking. Seems to be some rookies who didn't understand the booking process and messed up. The front desk is quite indifferent and just asks us to contact the booking platform to make up for their own fault. Apparently running a hotel here means accepting reservations you have no intention of honoring, then acting surprised when guests show up expecting a room. The booking system is treated like a suggestion. The customer is treated like a complaint. And the actual problem somehow becomes someone else's job to solve. Impressive level of dysfunction, genuinely."

"The bed was a little firm for our preference, but the pillows were nice and soft. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast was small but we did appreciate that they did offer Breakfast. It was also very nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Great price. Perfect for a 1 night stop during our travels."

"This place is not fit to be called a hotel Only positive I can say is that you didn't have to worry about the cleaning service taking anything because they didn't show up!!!!(Checked in on Fri Nite around 5 and left Monday morning) I had to go get towels and toilet paper when we checked into the room- there was no glasses , soap, hair dryer did not work, the outside of the hotel was not clean, and the cockroach in the room was not friendly!!!! The staff acknowledged the issues but never did anything about them !!! AND Monday morning there was no hot water in the shower - if I could give this place negative stars I would "
